Irish Soda Bread

This has got to be one of the easiest things to make ever. It's one of the things I love about Brown Soda Bread. This recipe was taken from Rachel Allen's web site http://www.rachelallen.co.uk/recipes_april09.html I have also made the white one in the past which is a good one to add chopped herbs, or raisins and nuts to. I like to leave the brown one plain. I love it with butter and Marmalade in the morning with a big cup of Tea (Lyons Tea, of course!!!).

  1. Looks yummy, Would also be very nice spread with some of mums rasberry jam. Might try the recipe as Mait is very fussy about his brown bread and find it hard to find one he likes. Keep up the baking.
