For Martha: Lavender macaroons with a white chocolate butter cream
So my first try at macaroons didn't exactly go to plan. I think the  whole batch was overmixed while I tried to perfect the colour, then the first tray went in too early and possibly too hot. But the following ones came out pretty well. The white chocolate butter cream worked well too. Think I'll try the Italian meringue recipe next. ;o)


  1. Your macaroons look really professional. I think you should set up a counter in the Linenmill. Something about lovely interiors and macaroons that seems to go together.
