Rose Melting Moments

This is the same the recipe for melting moments that I have used in the past (most recently with a violet centre). So the ingredients and method are the same, just replacing rose essence instead of the violet syrup, and a drop of red colouring instead of the violet colouring, and finally, adding a couple of pinches of dried rose petals to the rose filling.
